Situated 3 kilometres from the nearest town, San Vito Dei Normanni, the villas are immersed in the countryside surrounded by olive and fruit trees. There is a 12 metre swimming pool, masses of roof terraces, outside dining areas in the gardens,large BBQ, and even it's own outdoor pizza oven! Two of the houses are single storey with easy access and no stairs to negotiate, while Villa 1, the larger unit, has one of it's double bedrooms on the ground floor.All the villas will be fitted with air-conditioning by spring 2009

Villa Hope actually consists of three adjoining houses that when rented as a whole are perfect for 17,or more,people to holiday in the beautiful countryside of Puglia. There is a total of 8 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, four bathrooms, three brand new kitchens fully equipped, sky television, a washing machine room and a gigantic outdoor pizza oven. Two of the bedrooms have their own terraces but,as the roof of the houses is flat, there is a massive sunbathing area of some 3000 square feet for everyone. The 12 x 6 metre swimming pool is set in the olive grove that surrounds the houses. There are fruit trees of every description in the pretty gardens with shaded dining areas and all this within a short drive to the sea. Air-conditoning is being fitted for 2009 that will keep the bedrooms at a pleasant temperature during the peak season.There is a cleaning service included in the rental price that will keep the bathrooms and kitchen up to scratch! This is three times a week.

It is well worth checking out the websites for dates of festivals and other local events and a good source is 'the town name' .it.Then there are water parks,golf courses,zoo's and everywhere the incredible architecture, On the road to Mesagne a Go Kart circuit has been opened .It is 5 kilometres from San Vito.
