Luxurious Villa rental for real Italian vacations, near the beach in Apulia region, along the Adriatic coast, 8 miles from Ostuni. The place is called Pantanagianni, or better known as “Horse shoe beach” for its shape. A place where you’ll find relax away from city noises and clear sea water, but still centrally located in the region. The Villa was built in 2003 - Situated at about 250 meters (280 yards) from the beaches. Located in corner position between Oslo St. and Vienna Avenue, which is Pantanagianni main street to the beaches.

Pantanagianni is still an unknown location, breathing the fresh sea air here gives you a sense of wellness if you look at the map you will notice our place has a central position in APULIA REGION. From here you can easily reach any tourist and cultural attraction of the region within 5 - 70 minutes. There is all villas and private houses, it's really a quiet place, only in hot summer it gets populated. Only a few restaurants and pizzerias at walking distance. The beaches are the most beautiful of the area, and their best expression is during the off season and during non busy hours, in these moments this is the best place you'll find peace, serenity and regenerate body and soul...simply walk along the beaches or ride a bicycle through the streets and you'll feel it...

  • Prices are per week, approximated for one house (Ground floor house) or (First floor house)
    Each house can sleep 2 up to 6 people Max.
    Very comfortable to accommodate 4/5 people, plus 1 or 2 extra.
    Price will be double when entire villa is rented (2 house) 13 people max.
    In any case a final price will be arranged depending on the season period, length of stay and number of people.
    PLEASE ENQUIRE for Last Offers and special periods.
    Our preferred payment currency is Euro.
    But refundable deposit can be in different currency.
  • Rental Notes:
    The price includes electric power, gas, water consumptions.
    Heating or Air Conditioning will be charged €10 per day extra (each house).
    Final cleaning will be charged €50 extra (each house).
    Or €10 per person in case of big groups.

    Reservations are confirmed with a payment of 30% at booking time.
    Balance is to be paid 5 weeks before arrival date
    Refundable deposit of € 500 will be paid at arrival

We had a wonderful time at the Yellow Beach House. Rita and Rino are such terrific hosts. They give you an insiders guide to the region. It was like staying with family. Puglia is a well kept secret of Italy. The house is 250 metres away from turquiose water. I have travelled through most of Italy and I have never seen such big olive trees. The Yellow Beach is very new, clean, modern and very beautiful. There is an outdoor table you can enjoy a glass of local wine. Rino put his heart and soul into building this house and even built some things himself. And the food is so delicious. You definately have to go see Donato at Pineta the restaurant is very reasonable and just so good. The restaurant is just up the street. I would definately go back.

Fantastic individual property. All the necessary facilities and more for your stay. Great value for money. Close to the beach (max 100 yards) but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Rino & Rita will attend to all your needs answer all your questions and have a wealth of knowledge of their area. Rino speaks English.They provide all the info & more for all the sites,sounds and local eating places of the area, (plus the places that Puglians like to keep to themselves).

Little English is spoken in the area, but don't worry just point or mime the Italians are excellent at mime. Although a phase book may be handy.

The locals are very simplistic friendly people who adamantly refuse to join the rat race. Hooray for them!!!

An excellent opportunity to taste La Dolce Vita, meet & live like real locals, see history from a time before the dinosaurs to date, barter in the daily markets, taste the local wines & victuals ( For the wine buffs even the local vino di tavola is very enjoyable @ only 5 euro a gallon), wander the streets of Ostuni, Caravigno, San Vito, Mesagne in the morning or evening and see towns whose buildings date from the 11th century - that are still in use, visit frescoes, subterranean churches, museums, archaeological sites and remains from 3000 BC in the heat of the day (all free). In your wanderings watch agricultural work unchanged for 3000 years & taste its produce. A veritable living museum.

Visit Pineta 2000 Restaurant, a short stroll from the house, & meet Donato, the patron, with his Father Christmas personality & face. He speaks English. Open all year.

Finally return to you haven & relax in comfort

'Lovely quiet spot for an end of March holiday. Need a car to get around though - the Italians have not really started holidaying from the North at this time so places right on the beach are closed or quiet. Lovely apartment and Rino and Rita are very friendly. They see to your needs, without imposing, and are great for suggesting things to do and places to eat. Great to sit in Italian restaurants, surrounded by Italians and their families. Food prices are very reasonable - Ostuni is only 10 minutes away if you want large town atmosphere, with lots of character. Don't forget the phrase book, although everyone seems happy to try a little English. Chao!'
