Villa Bianca is a recently restored property has a beautiful setting among olive trees, only 2km from San Vito dei Normanni. The villa boasts a large swimming pool 6m x 14m. The spacious lounge has a pellet stove installed, in addition to gas central heating. Off season rentals are more than welcome. The property has modern facilities such as state of the art kitchen and bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning. The cool basement bedroom has an en suite shower room. All furniture is new. The lovely sandy beaches of Specchiola and Torre Guaceto are only 8 km (5 miles) down the road for those who prefer an occasional change of swimming pool scenery. There is a large patio area with a barbecue. The villa is looked after by Vito who will meet you at the airport if required. He also owns a lovely villa nearby (300 metres),which sleeps 4 so a group of 10 could be accommodated if required. Chris looks after housekeeping and prepares a welcome pack for you.

San Vito dei Normanni is an all year round local town which is a short driving distance from other famous towns such as Carovigno and Ostuni - the White City, and Alberobello famous for its trullis. San Vito has numerous lovely restaurants specialized in both fish and meat (you will find details on how to reach these in your information brochure in the villa. The town of Fasano, which is 45 minutes drive, provides golfing amenities as well as a family fun park zoo safari which is a family day out not to be missed!! Lecce , 'Florence of the south', is also 45 minutes drive. From here the rest of the Salentine peninsula is easily accessible, from the rocky east coast round to Santa Maria Leucca at the end round to the sandy beaches of the west coast and the ancient town of Gallipoli. A very pretty and popular beach is at Pantanagiani, half way between Specchiolla and Torre San Sabena with parking next to the beach, bars and cafes.

  • A 50% non refundable booking fee will be transferred to the owners upon booking. Cheques payable to B Bishop.
    The remaining 50% is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
    A Pound Sterling cheque for 100 pounds made out to B. Bishop should be sent with the final balance of rent as a security deposit.
    This cheque will be returned or shredded within 2 weeks after the client has returned from their holiday, providing no damage has been registered to the property rented. In which case a previously agreed charge will be deducted from the amount prior to a balance being returned to the holiday maker.

i spent a week with my partner at villa bianca and it was amazing, the villa is well looked after and modern, the pool is huge in comparison to other villas. the weather was amazing, vito was a star! he really helped us out, we even went for dinner with him and his wife. very friendly people. everything about the place and the villa was amazing.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a lovely location, has a huge fantastic pool and all furniture, kitchen and bathrooms are excellent. Vito is wonderful and visitors are really made welcome and comfortable. The weather was brilliant, hot and sunny and the sea is crystal clear and warm. It's much cheaper than other parts of Italy for a nice meal with wine, etc and we all had a great holiday.

Dear Wendy, dear Brain,
the last two weeks, which we spent in the Villa Bianca, were very nice.
The villa is very beautiful and the pool is fantastic - big and very good cleaned.
But the best of all were the people, who provided us and the villa.
They were very friendly and helpful.
Especially Vito gave us the feeling of being protected. He was very helpful in solving our problems.
When we called him, he came instantly. For example he went with us to the doctor and helped us to communicate with the italian people and thus we got the things we needed.
But it was also wonderful to have somebody to talk to and so we could hear a lot about italien life.
We returned to Duesseldorf with a good feeling and many pictures inside.
Now we think, we go to Italy another time.
