Newly restored private Trullo Villa just on the outskirts of Cisternino. This unique, very spacious trullo has been expertly restored by its Italian owners in 2005. Swimming pool and gardens. The pool and villa are surrounded by furnished terraces and private, landscaped gardens and the views from this hilltop trullo-villa are truly wonderful. General store situated around 800 metres from the property. Cisternino - 3km; Shops and restaurants - 3km.

The heel of Italy, Puglia stretches over 400km from north to south and is currently being proclaimed as the new Tuscany. While so very different from Tuscany the comparison is fully justified as there is just as much to see and do while the water is much cleaner, the beaches are better and the climate much hotter. We have travelled the area extensively and have fallen in love with this beautiful region and its amicable people. Puglia has it all:- splendid beaches, marvellous architecture, beautiful countryside and we believe the finest food and wine in Italy.

Notes: Adults and teens over 10 years only. The costs are inclusive of gas (with the exclusion of heating - see below), water, electricity and final cleaning. Cot available free of charge. If clients have a stay longer than 7 days then a midstay change of linen is included in the price. Refundable Security Deposit payable to Discovery Estates & Leisure Ltd of £200 payable with the final balance payment. Partial Air conditioning is included in the price of the villa. Heating charged at 50 euros per week from 6/10 - 18/05 payable to the owner on arrival. For any inclement periods when the weather is bad outside these dates and the heating is used a charge will be made according to a meter reading. Christmas and Easter considered High Season. Additional mid week cleaning is available if required and the cost is £32 and this must be booked at least 3 weeks before departure. Please note that Guests who use this pool are requested by the owner to wear a swimming cap.
