Villa Grazia is a modern, open-plan and comfortably furnished villa set in immaculate landscaped gardens with fruit trees and grass (grass being a rarity in this area). The dining room overlooks the beautiful private pool and offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. An idyllic location yet ideally placed for those wishing to sample traditional Italian cuisine, local wines, enjoy sandy beaches, unspoilt coastline, baroque architecture and typical Italian lifestyle that this area is renown for. The kitchen contains modern appliances and a dishwasher while there is a hydromassage shower in the main bathroom and a hydromassage bath in the 2nd bathroom. Set in extensive and well tended gardens there is a gazebo for alfresco dining and a large outdoor stone barbecue and oven, 2 external showers, 1 with hot water and private gate access with ample room for parking of 4 cars.

  • The rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels (except beach/pool towels), electricity, water, gas, pool maintenance, gardener. There is an additional charge for heating which is charged per meter usage. Confirmation of the booking will be subject to receipt of 40% deposit. Balance payment shall be made 8 weeks prior to arrival and a refundable security deposit of £200 will be held against return of key, any charges for damages, breakages or extra cleaning.
  • Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
    Long-term renters welcome - negotiable upon enquiry.
