This seaside villa it is new and well furnished, situated in a new and quiet zone of Torre Santa Sabina, Brindisi. Set in relaxing environment at only 400m from a beach with a very fine sand and by its shape it's called 'Halp Moon'. The villa it is displayed upon two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen that bring you to the garden, a bathroom with shower; on the first floor instead there is a double bedroom with a balcony with the view of the garden square, a bathroom with bath-tub, and another bedroom with 2 beds. Total bed spots are 4+2. Externally there is a garden square big 150m, a veranda with table and chairs for dining out in the open, parking spots and comfortable after the beach shower. At few metres a pizzeria and a bar with outdoor games, at 350m a supermarket.

In the quiet marine place of the seaside location of ' Torre Santa Sabina ' there are supermarkets, restaurants with the typical cuisine, bakeries, pizza- restaurants, disco-pub, skating-rink, trap-shooting and a catholic church. In summer our bakeries’ characteristic is the continuous production of bread, take-away pizzas with fresh tomato, panzerotti, main courses like lasagna and cakes.
