Splendida villetta indipendente situata a 150 metri dalla spiaggetta di Balai e a pochi chilometri dal litorale di Platamona. Anche le più belle spiagge di Stintino ed Alghero si possono raggiungere in meno di mezz'ora di auto. La casa è veramente un piccolo gioiellino. Composta da due piani più giardino, ampia molto spaziosa e confortevole, la villetta può ospitare fino a nove persone. Quattro le stanze da letto matrimoniali, una al piano inferiore e tre al piano superiore, con un divano letto ad una piazza sfruttabile in soggiorno. Due i bagni presenti in casa per evitare spiacevoli code al mattino. Delizioso il piccolo giardino/spazio esterno, dove spicca il barbecue messo a disposizione dal proprietario per pranzi e cene gustate all'aria fresca. Molto utile la presenza in casa di lavatrice e fornetto a microonde. Nel soggiorno un televisore dotato di digitale terrestre.
A meno di 200 metri anche un minimarket ben fornito.
Proprietari molto disponibili e affabili, sempre pronti a qualche utile consiglio su luoghi e spiagge da visitare.
Nel complesso la valutazione è ottimale: prezzo molto basso per un soggiorno di ottima qualità

our family stayed in the house in june 2007, the house was lovely and clean and the owners could not do enough to help, though we did struggle to communicate a bit, they really made us feel welcome.the town itself felt like a true sardinian town, not a tourist destination, although the beaches were lovely.the house is close enough to walk to the town and beach but not for anyone with mobility issues, I would definitely recommend a car to make the most of this lovely area.would happily return, and recommend to friends, although this is more about a real sardinian experience and not for those wanting a package holiday. thanks to the family for all their kindness, hope to return soon

Apartment with sea view

Very convenient for Alghero and airport. Nice complex with good sun beds on beach. On site Restaurant only open lunch times in October. Good size lounge Main bedroom has no wardrobe, but plenty of drawers. Kitchen has only hob and mini oven, but decent fridge/freezer. Normal adaptors do not work here, because very odd three pin plugs. You cannot have oven and t.v. on at same time because only one adaptor. A cheap toaster would be good as mini oven takes forever. We were pleased to find kettle for gas stove, and plenty of plates saucepans etc. Nice new shower rooms, but I would supervise kids or elderly, in showers because concertina type doors can be difficult to open. Our friend had to cry for help several times! Best part of apartment large main balcony with loads of tables and chairs, plus two smaller ones. Owner easy to deal with and helpful.Nice Beach bar and pool was closed, but looked very impressive. Very pleasant grounds
