The Villa, situated on the NorthWest side of the island of La Maddalena, is composed of 3 bedrooms for a total of 7 places, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with fireplace. La Maddalena is linked by ferry boat (10 minutes from the main island) The villa has a huge private garden, protected by a typical Sardinian stonewall. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, is a perfect place for nature and calm seekers. The villa, equipped with centralized heating, can also be rented in winter. The town of La Maddalena is at only 10 min by car. From the villa You can easily reach many sandy beaches that are probably the most beautiful of Mediterranean sea. In 15 mins by car you can visit Caprera island that is a protected regional park. There is dizains of beaches disseminates on the 25 km of the La Maddalena coast: you can always choose between a fresh windy spot and a more calm and protected beach distant just in few minutes. It's a magic villa on a magic island!

Crystal clear waters, pink sand, a series of coves and rocks, blue cliffs rising from deep sea beds, intense colours, a must for whoever wants to discover the beauties of the Sardinian Sea. La Maddalena, the largest of the La Maddalena Islands, is surrounded by Budelli, Caprera, Razzoli, Santa Maria, Santo Stefano and Spargi islands. The island has a triangular shape, a surface of 20 km2, nearly 45 kilometres of generally high and jagged coasts and a rich vegetation of berry trees, myrtles and cysts. The diffused reddish colour of the rocks and the soil together with the limpid water create a continuous and fascinating contrast of colours. La Maddalena is the island for everyone: summer cruise ships can berth in Cala Gavetta (tourist port of the village); divers can explore wonderful sea beds, local Craftsmen offer hand-woven carpets, filigree and coral jewels, pottery ware and wood carvings and remember, you are in Italy, here friendship, wine and food are excellent.
