The villa has a splendid view of the islands Molara and Tavolara. The distance from the beach is 350 metres. In this locality of Cala Ginepro - Punta Molara you find an environment surrounded with typical Mediterranean vegetation. The place is tranquil and reserved. The house is surrounded by a garden full of trees and it has three verandas. The outside of the house is set with stone, inside the floors and the bench tops are set with ceramic tiles and the furniture is typical of Sardinia.
