Wonderful villa dipped into the green, surrounded by the mountains. The villa is on two levels: the ground floor - living room, with fireplace, from where you can see the patio and the beautiful private swimming pool; kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. At the first floor: a double bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms one with bunk bed and bathroom. The villa offers lots of comfort: you will find air conditioning, kitchen with four burner cooker, oven and microwave, 1 fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and electric gate. In the garden you will find a beautiful private swimming pool completed by the comfortable outside furniture. Near the villa there is Is Molas, one of the most important golf club in Italy. In front of the property, about 500 m, there are two restaurants. The property is large about 20 hectares.

Villa San Pietro, a small city near Pula, Chia an Nora, is a part of a complex of Gutturu Mannu-Pantaleo (wide 1400sq m area) where you can find some of most important woods of the island. This city is near beautiful beaches: Nora, Pula, Santa Margherita, Chia. It’s a various territory characterized by slope and small valley; summits that seems very high but they don't go over 900-1000 m. There are also lots of wonderful beaches around the zone, like Chia or Nora. You can find different ports and golf clubs. The best way to reach the property is to flight to Elmas (Cagliari airport). In 20 minutes driving you will arrive at the property.There are low cost flights, for exemple Easy Jet.

We stayed in this villa in Oct 09 and had a great time here. The villa is large and clean with good cooking facilities. More than adequate facilities although nothing very fancy.There is a fantastic barbeque on the massive terrace area which unfortunately we didn't manage to use because of the inclement weather. Anyway there were plenty of good restaurants in nearby Pula and other villages about. So why bother cooking ?

It is very private with a large garden and huge pool which was well maintained and clean. A bit off the beaten track, so a car would be necessary. The complex manager was helpful although we found not many people in the area spoke English. However, everyone was very patient with us and everyone wanted to help us poor, lost tourists. I've never encountered so many friendly people.

An excellent villa for the price.
