Villa degli Ulivi is the ideal property for your holidays either for a romantic or family holiday and you can enjoy your time and relax both during Summer and Winter, when Alghero changes into a stage for the New Year celebration. At short distance the beautiful beaches Mariapia, Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni, Porto Ferro, Porticciolo and other small coves. About 200sq m villa composed of a large living room with fire place, dining room, full kitchen with larder and 1/2 bathroom; three spacious double bedroom and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, mansard with double sofa bed. Garden and wide verandas.

The description of the property is excellent, it is 100m from the Lido and only 5-10 minute walk to quieter beaches. It is located in a quiet resedintial area. The property is a 20 minute walk to the old town but there is an excellent family-friendly restaurant nearby. The property is very spacious, there were 6 adults in total on our trip but the property could easily accommodate more. The property was clean and well maintained with all neccessary kitchen facilities. We thought that it was excellent value and we would recommend it.
