Built on the side of a mountain this beautiful apartment has wonderful views of Chia valley the mountains and sea. Inside there are two double bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms with hand made furniture in the bedrooms and open plan kitchen. A sofa makes up to a double bed to sleep 6. The large expansive terrace is mainly tiled overlooking the sea and valley below. There is a garage below the villa. A holiday luxury villa from private owners

Chia is just 100 miles from Tunisia, Africa. Sardinia is Italy's second largest island. For some reason Sardinia, especially South Sardinia is still relatively undiscovered. Chia has some of the most magnificent beaches in Italy and the Mediterranean. The climate is as warm as Marbella but without the concrete and population. The sea is safe and excellent for all sports. There are many restaurants close by Le Dune and is just behind the dunes from your nearest beach about 10 minutes walk away. It's only open for lunch but there are many more within walking distance or a 3 minute drive to Chia village where there are several more including a supermarket, bar/tabac/restaurant which has everything including freshly baked bread every day. There is a hotel a few minutes away with several different restaurants in an open plan style. They look after our cleaning and laundry and you can use their facilities which is very useful as they have a pharmacy, private beach, etc.
