Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include gas, water and electricity; rates does not include bed linen and towels. Additional 50 euros must be necessarily paid for final cleaning service. If desired, bed linen and towels are available at the price of 24 euros/person/change. Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (via bank transfer) equal to 30% of the rate for the entire stay. The remaining 70% of the rate together with final cleaning fee is due cash upon arrival or by another bank transfer, at least 15 days before arrival.
  
• An amount of 200 euro as damage-guarantee is required at the delivery of the apartment keys. This sum will be entirely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.

How to reach the villa

From Olbia harbour: Follow the S.S. 125 from Olbia to Palau (40 km), passing through Arzachena. When you arrive in Palau, follow the main street (Via Nazionale) until you reach a crossroads. At the crossroads, turn right and go straight along Via Capo d'Orso for about 4 km. When you reach the Bear Rock (Roccia dell'Orso), turn right; after 50 meters, you will arrive to the Porto Mannu residence entrance. Pass the entrance barrier, take the first road on the left (comparto M) and you will reach villa number 15.
