Located a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of Castelsardo, in a picturesque and rural setting with wonderful colors and authentic flavors. We will welcome you in an intimate and friendly ambiance. You will be able to do some long and relaxing walks, a tennis match with friends or simply relax around the pool.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The accommodation and the pool were excellent and we had very hospitable hosts who were on hand to help us out when needed! The nearby agriturissmo is a must - the food and atmosphere were superb and though we were the only tourists there we were made to feel very welcome! We would highly recommend this place!

Having just returned from 8 wonderful days at Sa Pinnetta my husband and I couldn't recommend it enough. The tranquality and panaroma's were amazing. The house was perfectd size and came fully equpiped. As others have said, it's rural and would suggest picking up supplies before arriving. Rocco the dog, as others have mentioned, is great source of amusement and company. Pasquale adn Danielle make us very welcome when we arrived and gave us great suggestions of where to go and where to eat. Car hire is a definiate requirement however. We're already dreaming of when we can return!

Away from it all

For peace, tranquility and getting away from it all, this is ideal. The pool and tennis court are very well maintained (racquets available for hire at 10E per week). The accommodation at Sa Pinetta is clean and adequately equipped. We recommend the meal at the agriturismo next door. (Many courses!) The brothers, Daniele and Pasquale are very helpful and attentive. Rocco, the resident dog, is a delightful companion.Shopping facilities locally are limited. Stock up well before you arrive. There are large supermarkets on the outskirts of Olbia and Sassari. We travelled a fair bit and enjoyed Argenteria, Tempio Pausana, Bosa, Isola Rossa - all very different. Main roads are generally good and relatively quiet, even in August. Minor roads are a mixed bag - can be fine but we twice found minor mountain roads which suddenly became unsurfaced tracks. Overall, it is a comfortable base from which to explore some of the less touristy parts of the island.

Gini and I had a great week at Sa Pinetta in October 2008. The location has stunning 360 degree views. Everything we needed was provided for us. The pool and tennis court are well maintained, though the water was too cold for comfortable swimming late in the season while we were there. Pasquale and Daniele took good care of us, and Rocco the dog did too.

Mon épouse,ma fille de 12 ans et moi-même avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit pour le calme qui y règne, la piscine et le terrain de tennis sur la même propriété et à titre privatif. La proximité des sites à visiter nous a également fait profiter de nous évader de temps en temps et d'admirer la beauté de ce paysage sarde. A ne pas manquer: un repas du soir (prix forfaitaire) à l'auberge située juste à côté. Pasquale et Daniele (propriétaires) ne manqueront pas de vous donner toutes les indications pratiques de la région avec la gentillesse et l'accueil dont ils savent si bien faire preuve. Moins bien: cuisine un peu petiote mais compensée par le barbecue extérieur et micro-ondes.
