Ample, beautiful and secluded detached villa in a fine traditional and original Sardinian architecture, built on two levels and located right on the waterfront and nearby the sandy beach on foot. Great views over the bay and particularly good privacy. The floor of the roomy house is entirely covered by bright ceramic tiles of the finest quality and the villa is decorated with quality furniture throughout and is surrounded by a large covered terrace overlooking the lawn, the garden and the bay. There are stairs leading down to the rocky sea edge and to the water and passageway to the beach. Four bedrooms have their own balcony overlooking the sea.
