Villa at 1 km from the surfing area Capo Mannu, Peninsula of Sinis. It is an important bird watching ( flamencos ) area with many beaches. The villa stands on a promontory from where you can have a 270° panoramic view of the sea . The beautiful island Mal di Ventre, is located just in front of the villa, and it is a spectacular view. and it has been restored and separated in 3 little apartments in the winter 2007. Each apartment ( medium surface of 34 sq. meters ) dispose of one bedroom, kitchen-livingroom, bathroom, a little bedroom with a bunkbed. The appliances are ; boiler , a steam iron , satellite tv, hi fi , lavandry machine , stove 4 rings , ventilation , electric oven , ,Refrigerator-freezer , vacuum cleaner, dish-washer, etc. The kitchen is furnished with everything.
