4 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, large swimming pool, set in 7,000sq meter ground, sleeps 10. The two story luxury villa was built in 2006 by the owner with great care to details. The villa is within 7,000 sq meter ground, it has a large swimming pool and it is not overlooked ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is on the outskirts of Sassari down a short unmade road. The property is only 5 minutes away from Sassari which is the second largest city in Sardinia. The villa has 4 luxury bedrooms, one of which is en suite and comfortably sleeps10. The villa has a large entrance hall which leads to the large dinning kitchen and leads down small steps to the large lounge. As well as the large dining kitchen which is fully equipped there is also a separate smaller kitchen off the lounge area which makes it ideal for large families. There are various patios and terraces with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Sassari.

The villa is situated only 5 minutes drive from Sassari which is the 2nd largest city in Sardinia where all the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and places of interest are. The villa can be reached from Alghero airport in about 30 minutes drive, from Olbia airport in about 60 minutes and from Porto Torres ferry port in less than 20 minutes. The owner can arrange to pick up the guests from Alghero or Olbia airports at no additional cost if required. The historic town of Alghero with its famous Spanish wall and port is only 30 minutes away. There is a water park which can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. The villa is about 90 minutes away from Palau where you can take a ferry crossing to the beautiful islands of La Maddalena. Furthermore, the crossing to Porto Vecchio in Corsica takes about two and half hours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The owner can arrange pick up from Alghero or Olbio airport or
    Porto Torres Ferry port at no cost to the guests if required. Prices are based on 10 people sharing 4
    bedrooms and are inclusive of electricity, water, bed linen, towels and weekly cleaning of bedrooms
    and swimming pool. The rental rates do not include the final clean of the villa. The final clean is 50
    Euros per week of stay. At the time of booking, you will be asked for 500 Euros refundable security
    deposit which is refunded within 1 week of departure following satisfactory checking of the villa.
    Booking deposit is 25% and final payment should be made within 5 weeks of departure. Please note
    that smoking is not allowed in the villa.
    The week is flexible. Check in time is after 15.00. Check out time is strictly by 10am.
