La casa è davvero molto bella esattamente come la vedete nelle foto, situata in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo. Il giardino è fresco e rilassante davvero molto piacevole. La posizione della villa permette di muoversi verso numerose belle spiagge, necesariamente con la macchina o con la moto, ma anche di poter visitare Cagliari e le zone circostanti.
