A villa with two apartments and a pool near Venice

The villa was once the family home, in a quiet residential area, which has recently been converted into two comfortable, spacious apartments. Both are fitted with air conditioning and have use of the garden and swimming pool. The 1st floor apartment has a private terrace and barbecue area. The ground floor apartment is ideal for children and the disabled, with no steps and wide entrances. All within walking distance of Mirano's (Not Murano's)historical town centre, which offers excellent shops, bar's, gelaterie, and restaurants for local food and drink. A weekly market comes to Mirano on Monday's and is well worth a visit.

Mirano, not to be mistaken with Murano, is 20 minutes from Venice Airport, 20 minutes from Treviso Airport and 10 minutes from motorway links. Ideally situated for people who like varied holidays. Venice with its unique culture has many things to offer: carnival, redentore, bienalle the international film festival, St. Marks square and museums. From the apartment, this romantic city can be reached in 25 minutes by bus. The sandy beaches of Jesolo, Cavalino and Cortellazzo are within easy reach by car. Panoramic views of the Dolomite Mountains with its summer and winter sports are 1 hour away. Historical Verona, Padova, Vicenza, Lake Garda, and Cortina are all well worth visiting. There are many villas of interest in the area, for example, Villa Pisani where Napoleon stayed.
