The Chalet is located in a wood, far from the traffic and at the same time very comfortable to the all the ski centres, you can also find the reception desk of the complex for all your needs at less than 5 minutes driving. The chalet is very comfortable you can choose the central heating or the 'stube' a very typical kind of fire place. From the long terrace you can enjoy the silence of the wood and the spectacular view of the Dolomities. The village, the chalet and the furniture too, had been drawn by an important architect, Edoardo Gellner, with the collaboration of Carlo Scarpa in an innovative and unique project. During the summer period you can enjoy the long and panoramic walks just stepping out from the chalet.

The villa is located in a private wood of Borca di Cadore, very near to the ski center of Cortina d'Ampezzo, in the heart of the Dolomite mountains. You can easily reach the main street in 5 minutes driving long the private street by the other chalets, but at the same time you are far from the noise of the traffic. The nearest ski centre is 15 minutes driving far. In the wood around the villa you'll see deer’s, fawns, squirrels, eagles...
