The villa is located 10 min walk from the Indian Ocean with its own swimming pool in a wonderful tropical garden. The villa is very spacious and has a Makuti (palm tree leaves) roof. It is built in traditional African style with all European luxury. It has two separate bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom downstairs; the upstairs is an open space with sofas and another double bed. All the beds are equipped with mosquitoes and the rooms are having fans. The dining area is on the covered terrace outside. The kitchen offers a cooker (gas and electricity), an oven and a fridge. Sufficient kitchen utensils are available. The villa is surrounded by a very beautiful and large tropical garden with several palm trees and other bushes. The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden, 12 m long and 6 broad with a very agreeable temperature at around 30 degrees. For the guests´ comfort there are two employees: a housemaid who will do the cleaning and a gardener who also looks after the swimming pool.

The villa is located on the South Coast of Kenya at Galu Beach. Galu Beach which is a little bit further south than the famous Diani Beach is very quiet and relaxed. It is probably the most beautiful beach in Kenya as it is not so strongly affected by the tides. Even at low tide you will be able to reach the water. Furthermore there are no big hotels with the exception of Neptune Paradise at this part of the beach. The villa is located among many houses built in the same style. The next restaurant is Boko-Boko about 30 minutes by foot. By car it takes about 10 minutes to reach the centre of Diani where you will find supermarkets, travel agents for booking safaris and many hotels, bars and restaurants. To Mombasa town it takes about 1 hour depending on the ferry which you have to take to get there. The nearest National Park is Shimba Hills where you can see elephants and lots of other wildlife. It is also not for to Wasini Island for dolphin watching or to Wazaro Beach.

  • Rates are understood per property and are on a self-catering basis with the services of a housemaid and swimming pool attendant / gardener included.
  • 20 % of the rental price is charged upon making the reservation and has to be paid within 14 days of the booking reservation. The remaining amount together with a security deposit of EUR 300 has to be paid 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay. The security deposit will be returned 2 weeks after the end of the stay in case no damages occurred.
  • On enquiry special rates are given to long term stays.
