The apartment is traditionally styled and is located in the middle of a three storey block of apartments with full views of the Xlendi Valley and Xlendi village. The accommodation is located a 5 minute walk to the sea front, local shops and restaurants. The accommodation includes tasteful furnishings, the master bedroom includes an ensuite, double bed with wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom includes two single beds, double wardrobe and dressing table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine. The sitting area is located adjacent to the balcony overlooking the valley. Modern bathroom consists of a double aqua shower and tasteful surroundings. Quiet roof terrace for taking in the Gozitan sun. Entertainment facilities are also available comprising of 32' LCD TV set, DVD player, a Playstation 2 and a selection of Playstation 2 Games

The property is located 400 metres away from the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The beach area offers a wide selection to holiday makers including a choice of Italian pizza and pasta venues, local cuisine and seafood. The location also includes a fantastic ice cream parlour favoured by children as well as adults. Xlendi Bay is idea for families with children as it is protected by a natural reef and does not suffer with strong currents. Xlendi is also favoured by divers because it benefits from great visibility and interesting marine wildlife. The island of Gozo offers the traveller much to explore and discover that range from prehistoric temples to historical events that have made Gozo what it is today. Many people refer to Gozo as the land where time stands still and in many ways that is still true.

Mount Royale - Sharon's Apartment

Mount Royale was exactly what we wanted as a family of four staying on Gozo for a week. Despite the late hour of our arrival, we were warmly greeted and given all the information we needed to ensure our stay was worry-free and undisturbed. The welcome pack of essentials (first day's breakfast!) was invaluable for our excited and eager young adventurers.
Sharon's apartment reflects all our dealings with her - excellent attention to detail, clean, comfortable and well maintained and every bit as good as the pictures, with a relaxing balcony view over the Xlendi ravine.
The short walk to the seafront area has all the amenities you would need, including bus stop if you don't have a car, but is just far enough away to not be disturbed by the nightime sounds from bars and great selection of restaurants - ideal!
Gozo is lovely, and Sharon's apartment is the ideal base from which to enjoy it. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mount Royale.
