Recently redecorated and had air conditioning untils intstalled, 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartments on the sea front in St Paul's bay, Malta . The apartment offers a sea view balcony with uninterrupted views of St Paul’s Island. There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The main spacious open plan living/dining area has a recently installed solid oak fully equipped kitchen and includes the following: breakfast bar with 2 stools, dining table seats 4-6 , coffee table sofa and 2 armchairs. The property is in excellent condition and has a functioning lift.

St Paul’s Bay is situated at the North of Malta offering spectacular views across Comino & Gozo. The coastline promenade provides a long, easy walk from St Paul’s Bay to Qawra Point, passing Wignacourt Tower (Built in 1610 during the reign of Grand Master Alf de Wignacourt), a picturesque fishing harbour and offering spectacular views across to St Paul’s Island and Salina Bay. The terrain is typical of Mediterranean, and is excellent for walking. All kinds of shops are accessible within walking distance from the apartment. Friendly local bars and restaurants are also within walking distance and offer: International Cuisine, including Maltese (specialise in fish cuisine), Italian, Chinese, American, Argentinean Steak House, Turkish. There are regular/ frequent buses from St Paul’s Bay to all over the Island. The Capital Valleta is only 12 miles away.
