Recently built, the property is exceptionally spacious and well finished throughout. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are new and the apartment has just only been introduced on the rental market. The property boasts a a good sized balcony having open views of the sea and gardens and also a yard at the back of the property. Communal parts of the block including the lifts are well maintained throughout the year and cleaned on a weekly basis. Layout consists of a entrance hall which on one side opens onto an open plan kitchen / living area and separate sitting / dining area and balcony. To the other side of the hall we find a second hall leading to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a back yard.

Qawra is a very popular resort situated at the north of Malta offering all facilities one could possibly desire whilst on Holiday. The coastline promenade provides a long , easy walk to St Pauls offering spectacular views of St Pauls Islands and Salina Bay. All shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, bingo halls, pharmacies, hair & beauty salons, supermarkets, grocers, clinics, dental surgeries, take aways, and bus terminus are all within easy walking distance. The bus terminus is less than 200 metres away from which buses are working on a regular schedule, to all villages, beaches and tourist attractions in Malta.

I was well impressed with the apartment, the lady that met us was very nice, apartment was big and well furnished, right in the main shopping area, with bars and food resturants, near the casino, I was there every night, no real beach area, however nice walk along the sea front not far away . will use again.

The apartment was bigger than I thought it would be. The description with regard to layout and local amenities was accurate. The owners were both helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equiped with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wanting a first class place to stay in Malta. The apartment is very close to very good quality shops and pubs, bars and restaurants are plentiful. The bus station is across the road providing a cheap excellent service to all parts of the Island, brilliant if you don't fancy driving.

The property was larger than expected very clean and the owners were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this property to others. The location was very close to shops and bars but wasn't loud as the bedrooms are located to the back of the property. There are at least three good restaurants within two minutes walk from the apartment. The sea front is very close and the busier town of Buggiba is within walking distance. To get to a sandy beach you either have to drive or catch a bus, the bus station is just outside the apartment. Overall we had a pleasant stay in Malta and having a lovely spacious clean apartment made it all the more enjoyable.

the pictures on the internet were misleading and should be up dated. Location was very good description of the apartment was accurate. could have been cleaner it needs a vaccum cleaner that works, they provided bed linen and towels but unfortunatley they were not to clean plus the pillows and duvets needed replacing the apartment needs to be checked prier to the change over as i had to wash all the beb linen and clean the apartment, excellent service and a one to one contact with the owner. I would recomend this property to a friend. The small bar underneath the apartment was excellent very freindly and they provided internet/phone/food/games room ideal for young and old.

We had a very good holiday in you appartment in Touriststreet, between bars en shops and restaurants. The weather was fine in february. We highly recommend this very large appartment, near the sea.
Maybe we will come back sometimes.
