A character Gozitan Farmhouse dating from the mid 1800's, located in a rural village and approached from a quiet alley, fully refurbished a few years ago. Double entrance doors to private courtyard, leading to Entrance Hall with Galleried Landing, wrought iron balustrades. Living Room: cable TV, CD/DVD, double doors to pool area. Dining Room: with telephone. Fully fitted Kitchen: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Shower Room First floor: Master Bedroom with King Size 4 Poster Bed balcony and Ensuite Shower Room. Bedroom 2 with double bed and ensuite Shower Room, doors to balcony and spiral staircase to Roof Terrace with valley views. Bedroom 3 twin bedded room with Ensuite Bathroom. 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, and air conditioning. There are 3 hairdryers, iron/ironing board, and shaver pts in all ensuites. Outside:walled south facing sun deck area, geranium borders and 6 x 3m private pool, sun loungers & pergola. BBQ

Our farmhouse Santa Maria is situated in a quiet rural village, in the South of the island. It is within easy reach of Xlendi fishing village and Victoria the capital. There are many valleys and cliff top walks close by, restaurants and bars are 5 mins by car. Beaches and coves are within a 10 mins drive or 25 mins walk. The ferry terminal is about a 15 mins drive and the crossing to Malta takes 25 mins. The farmhouse benefits from air conditioning to 3 bedrooms. Gozo has been voted one of the top diving locations in the Mediterranean, with over 50 dive sites around the island. There are several PADI registered diving schools available on the island, both for teaching and equipment hire. Snorkeling in the quiet coves is also a strong favourite, with crystal clear waters.

Sep - The holiday in Gozo was everything and more that we could have wished for!. The farmhouse was beautiful, the website pictures don't really do it justice. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly people. The pool was a godsend and was maintained/cleaned on a regular basis, as was the house by the cleaning staff. The transfers and car hire by Pauline at Marios was easy to set up. The only complaint I have is that the holiday was too short ! I have no reservations about recommending your Villa and have passed your web address to my GP ! You seem to have got it just about right. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
