Situated in the well serviced village of Péreybère on the sheltered & unspoilt part of the island's North coast, which can be walked along for many miles. Péreybère has a variety of excellent restaurants, amenities, shops & water activities. Beautiful, safe beaches, fantastic snorkelling. Luxury hotels nearby with access to their evening entertainment/golf. 5 min. taxi/ bus ride to the resort town of Grand-Baie with its charming shopping arcades, restaurants on the water's edge & bars. 'Le Jardin de Pamplemousses', unique tropical botanical gardens with giant indigenous tortoises & small zoo, is only about 20 min. drive away. L'Aventure du Sucre, an old sugar mill converted into a stimulating museum is also 20min away . The island's capital, Port-Louis, & its exotic markets, modern shopping complex & museums, is about 40 min. bus/taxi drive.   • The rate ranges from £70 to £90 per night, depending on length of stay, number of people and time of the year. A deposit of 50% is required to hold a booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card using the Paypal online secure payment system. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid 1 month prior to holiday. You will receive a prompt email confirmation for all payments made. Discounts available for repeat guests, airline staff or stays exceeding 21 nights.
  • Our availability calendar is regularly kept up to date. If there are any periods marked U, it means that the period has been prebooked & that we are awaiting payment to confirm the booking.
  • Should the dates required not be available or should you require further accommodation for friends/family accompanying you on holiday, we also own 2 other properties in the same Residence with similar facilities and a similar layout. Retractable stair gates for toddlers, travel cot & high chair. Smoke alarm & fire extinguisher Bed linen & bathroom towels provided. The very large master bedroom has a superking size bed 2x2 metres with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have orthopaedic mattresses & blackout curtains. All rooms including the living/dining room have their own remote controlled air-conditioning. An additional double mattress available on request to sleep an extra 2 people in living room or master bedroom. Daily maid service included. Sheila, the concierge's wife, can babysit for about 50 Rupees/hour per child (about £1 per child per hour) & cook tasty local dishes for a family for about 300 Rupees (£6)+ cost of ingredients. The tennis courts are less than a minute walk from the apartment & can be booked for 100 Rupees- £2/hour(rackets/balls included)

Dear Sandra and Mark
Sorry this has been the first opportunity we have had to contact you after
the conclusion of what must be the best holiday we have had. The flight
back, unpacking and returning to work has taken up much of any spare time we
have had. Your house was referred to by all as home during our stay which again made
the holiday experience a pleasure. The house as I am sure you know has your
personal touch and sets it apart from the general feel of corporate
apartments. Well done and we would not hesitate to recommend your
house to others and would not hesitate in hiring it again on our next visit
(saving and planning already).

Just a line to say how much we enjoyed staying at your apartment in Pereybere. What a great location for a holiday! The apartment was just right for the five of us though we didn't use the cooking faciliities as I had promised Maryse that she would not have to cook during the holiday and my cooking abilities are a bit limited.

We enjoyed great service from Nanda and Sheila was always helpful.

We also had the pleasure of meeting your parents. Be grateful if you would pass on our regards and also the attached picture we took at the soiree they hosted for us.

Once again, many thanks for letting us use your apartment, hope you are enjoying your time in it now.

Memories of Mauritius

A family of seven travelled to Mauritius last october full of expectations. We were not diasapointed. The purpose of our trip was to enjoy the sun for three weeks and be a family. The flat was nice, well kept and was cleaned by the lovely Sheila every day.Location was nice because of the short walk to the beach. Pereybere was just perfect. The best attraction in this area are the beaches, By far the best beach in the area if you enjoy beaches that arent't to crowded. We chose to eat at the local restaurants, which offer whatever cuisine you wish for. For lunch we often chose the food stalls - both cheap and delicious. Nanda is unique and we highly recommend him. He was always on time, full of useful information, and recommended good attractions. Another memorable trip was our outing with Herve. Thanks to Sandras parents who helped us with the flat. Our children still talk about Mauritius and we want to come back one time.

What can we say but what a fantastic place to stay, everything was as described(except the cyclone). We highly recommend to everyone wanting to stay at this area, which was great, nice location, beautiful beaches. What we really want to emphisise is the way we were treated, not like guest, but like family, this we can't say enough about. To Sheila and Family, Gerard and Sylvia thankyou for a wonderful experience!!!!!! We will see you again!!!!
