These characteristic apartments which are located in a quiet area, come with beautiful interiors and are only 5 minutes walking distance from the sea and local amenities. Both apartments boast fully functional fitted kitchens, spacious bathrooms with large showers, TV’s, shared laundry facilities and car port. GROUND FLOOR- Front veranda with well maintained Front and back garden, consisting of a mixture of Mauritian home land plants including coconut and mango trees. TOP FLOOR- Front balcony over seeing a pretty well kept garden, Master mezzanine bedroom overlooking open planed, fully furnished lounge and kitchen leading to the top balcony with views to the sea and a perfect location to watch the sunset.All Double bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
