Sea view villa - situated in the north of Mauritius in Balaclava, near trou-aux-biches and grand-bay. The villa is 10 metres from the sea and amidst 3 four and five-star hotels, which are accessible trrough the beach. The hotels are Hotel la Plantation, Oberoi Hotel and Maritim Hotel. The place is considered as a very touristic area and quite near to shopping centres and touristic places such as pamplemousses garden and aventure du sucre. From the villa, it is easy to visit the touristic islands in the north of mauritius

The villa is suitably located for wonderful holidays near the sea. The hotels, more specifically hotel la plantation, are accessible for lunch/dinner, bar, entertainment, spa, watersports activities such as waterskiing, surfing, snorkelling, deep sea fishing. The villas are also very suitable for divers because the diving-centre is just one minute walk from the diving centre (please ask us for link). The rooms of the villa are quite spacious. In the health centre, situated next to the swimming pool, we have treadmill, exercise bike, other equipment and sauna. Launching price on this website has been set very low.
