Located in Puerto Aventuras, a small, quiet and luxurious resort 45 minutes south of Cancun and 10 minutes north of Akumal, this 4+ bedroom villa is a dream vacation home for anyone seeking luxury. Casablanca is huge with 4,200 square feet of living space plus wonderfully spacious terraces. A large deck surrounds a gorgeous 15 X 22 foot oceanfront swimming pool providing an ideal spot for spending hours enjoying the spectacular view either while you’re in the pool or lying in a comfortable lounge chair or hammock. The villa has four bedrooms (2 with ocean view), a studio and 4 1/2 baths (the master bath includes a Jacuzzi! ). The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout (the studio is not air conditioned but has two ceiling fans).

The dining and living rooms offer incredible views of the magnificent sea and beautiful marble floors. The house itself is decorated completely in white with dramatic splashes of color..... stunning! The kitchen comes fully equipped and leads out directly to a wonderful porch area with a gas barbeque. Two bedrooms each have 2 double beds and private bath and offer tranquil views of the garden. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king sized bed with a stunning sea view. The master bedroom also features a king sized bed, private balcony, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi and a walk in closet. Also on the upper level is the studio with stereo, comfy couches and a west facing balcony for unforgettable sunsets!

Puerto Aventuras has much to offer you on your vacation and it is all within walking distance of Casablanca: a gym, tennis courts, beautiful nine hole golf course, a full service marina with fishing boats for charter, scuba diving, cave diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and many, many good restaurants and shops. The villa is on a rocky coastline which gives you lots of privacy and is only a short walk away from two beautiful beaches. The snorkeling directly off shore from the villa is some of the best on the coast.

Aside from the multitude of activities found in Puerto Aventuras, there are also many wonderful tours and day trips located within 15 - 30 miles of this incredible town. Xcaret and Xel-ha are both fabulous water parks located just a short drive from the villa. You may also visit the Mayan ruins of Coba and Tulum. If you are more into shopping and night life, Playa del Carmen is just a 15 minute drive from Puerto Aventuras. What ever you desire on your vacation, you will find it in this extraordinary villa!
