Apartment has luxurious imported Italian furniture (Euromobil). Double sofa bed to maximise on the accommodation. Reverse cycle air conditioning allows comfortable ambient temperature both in summer and winter. For users of hire cars or those bringing their own there is a remote accessed gated entry to a car lift allowing the car to be securely parked off the street on a higher level.

At the end of the evening you can retreat to your own abode and just chill out on the terrace or have a late night swim in the pool. Another day you can walk or have a short drive to Budva, a medieval walled town on the bay, with plenty to offer in modern facilities, nightlife, restaurants, culture & history. The apartment is spacious and has a contemporary modern feel. Very clean and great amenities. It has a fantastic view to the sea and a quaint balcony to enjoy a nice glass of beer or wine after a long day in the sun.
In the local vicinity there are several markets along the road side but we frequented the Mega Market in Budva to pick up our groceries. Local beer Tivo and a nice sauvignon wine both can be purchased at a very cheap price.
Becici beach is on the door step 400m from the apartment and well worth spending the day there. Take a stroll along the promenade in either direction.
The pool is clean and great for an early morning swim but I would recommend exploring the many secluded beaches along the coast with a hire car. Milocer and Sveti Stefan are two of the best. A road map is essential for peace of mind but there is only one main road. A drive to Kotor is also a recommended day trip. Great scenery and very picturesque old city.
Budva old town is a nice place to eat out, shop and explore. The restaurants recommended in the document I received before we went served excellent food. Tri Ribara in Becici, and Jardan and Portos in Budva Old Town amongst the best.
You can find some great water sports along Budva beach and in the harbour. Parasailing over the old town was a breath taking experience.
The apartment was perfect for me and my girlfirend, great! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience a different holiday away from the usual British holiday makers hot spots.

First impression of the apartment is really nice modern and clean. We were so impressed with the view beautiful mountains backdrop with crystal clear sea. We spent a lot of the time sitting on the balcony as it really is quite peaceful. The pol is really nice to chill by and has sun all day.

I would reccommend exploring as the surrounding areas are worth visiting.

We had no car and got the bus from budva so if you can't get one this is an ok option

The further you explore,the more interesting it becomes.Taxis are another option,reasonably priced with knowledgable ,cheerful drivers.

Nice apartment near Budva

Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment. It was spacious and well furnitured. The pool was very conveniently located 15 m from our front door. We also enjoyed our balcony, which was large enough and offered us a nice see view on Budva Bay. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very convenient to have a washing machine.
We had good e-mail contact with the (UK based) owner and nice contact with the landlady. Payments to and from the UK went smoothly.
Upon arrival, the floor was a bit dusty/sandy, but we were probably the first visitors in the season. Two minor drawbacks were a not working main light in the bathroom and a snowy image on the television.
All in all, we can recommend this apartment. We had a very good time.

Stylish base to explore the Budva Riviera & beyond

A brand new, stylish and spacious apartment on the top floor of this recent complex that's just a few minutes from Becici beach - and proving an ideal base to explore the Budva Riviera and beyond.

We loved the rooftop swimming pool and the view of Becici bay from the balcony. There are heaps of restaurants and attractions at Becici (sampling the local seafood and Vranac red wine is a must) Our favourite beach was Kamenova - a five minute walk south of Becici -a bit less crowded and water sports on offer. There's also a fab beach bar-by-day / cocktail bar-by-night on the way to Kamenova from Becici.

Another highlight was supping Martinis in the luxury of the new Hotel Splendid - which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and is the only 5 star hotel in Montenegro at the moment. This had amazing views from the roof terrace and has four bars and restuarants to chose from. Budva is a short taxi ride away and the local bus links are good. We had a car, it's easy to drive to Kotor and other sites like Sveti Stefan and the lakes.

A Sunshine Summer Break

Our stay in this apartment was really enjoyable. There were all the fixtures and fitting that we required to make our stay comfortable and easy. The apartment was clean, airy and modern.
It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the sun shining through the big french windows. We would get up and go straight out to the pool (literally 30 ft from the front door) for a morning swim. Followed by breakfast of local fruit and cheese on the balcony.
From the balcony you have a fabulous backdrop of the grey green mountains running down to the glass clear sea.
I have to admit that we spent most morning around the apartment because if it got too hot we could sit in the shady lounge and enjoy the air conditioning.
There is lots to see locally by bus, but if you have a hire car a trip up into the mountains is quite an adventure. Local restaurants are good and if you are on a budget the fish soup is always an interesting and satisfying option.
