The apartment has just been completed, finished to a very high standard. It is located 30m from the famous red beaches of St. Stefan, the most exclusive location at the Montenegrin seaside. This modern apartment has a large shaded terrace of 12m2 with sea views and benefits from having its own parking space. There are two bedrooms with a king size beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a modern fitted kitchen and includes all mod cons. Enjoy some of the best beaches in Montenegro during the day, combined with the best nightlife in Budva (7 km). Especially suitable for family with children due to secure terrace and proximity to the beach.

Sveti Stefan is the crown jewel on the Budvanska Riviera. A former fisherman village, mentioned in documents for the first time in 1442, since 1960 represents a world famous town-hotel. According to tradition, the Pastrovici erected this settlement using the treasure they had grabbed from the Turks in the XV century. It is close to the resort of Budva. Swimming is available all along the Beaches of Sveti Stefan and Milocer, these are some of the best beaches in Montenegro. There are two sandy beaches minutes from the apartment, one of the beaches is private.
