A brand new apartment which was completed on 1st January 2008. It has 2 double bedrooms and is situated within a secluded and secure residential complex minutes from the beautiful Becici beach. A large shared pool is on site and there is a small market 5 minutes walk away. This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area but easily accessible to local amenities. It benefits from a large balcony leading off the lounge with breathtaking views of the beach, sea and Sveti Stefan. Fully furnished and air conditioned and benefiting from all brand new mod cons.

A 10 minute walk to the famous Becici beach surrounded by greenery with wonderful views and enveloped by spectacular mountains. A short drive to Budva, a beautiful walled city, with plenty to offer in modern shops, nightlife, excellent value restaurants and seeped in history. Sveti Stefan is just down the road and Kotor, Podgorica (the capital) the Skadar Lake and many ancient monasteries are within easy driving distance. Montenegro is still largely undiscovered and offers magnificent, unspoilt scenery, many historical sites, clean, safe beaches, waterside restaurants and bars and a variety of water sports. You can explore remote country areas, visit ancient Venetian fortresses, medieval monasteries or just chill by the pool. There are also several luxury spas situated in the nearby hotels. Self-catering is also no problem with both large and small supermarkets nearby and fresh fish available daily on the quayside. A great family holiday spot and particularly child friendly. .

  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS / CAR HIRE INFROMATION

    We use a local firm run by Marko. He is based in Sveti Stefan and has a fleet of vehicles from a Peugeot 206 upwards. If you land in Dubrovnik he will meet you at the airport in a people carrier and bring you to Becici and give you your car. This service cost 100 Euros each way and car hire (for a 206) starts at 50 Euros a day for a seven day hire.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airports of Tivat (40mins), Podgorica (40mins) and Dubrovnik (2hrs). MONTENEGRO AIRLINES start flying direct from Gatwick from June 15th on Wednesdays and Sundays and the fare starts at GBP190 return. JAT AIRLINES fly from Heathrow to Podgorica and Tivat via Belgrade Ring for special offers on 02076292007 CROATIA AIRLINES fly to Dubrovnik from London (Gatwick and Heathrow). BRITISH AIRWAYS fly direct from Gatwick (London) to Dubrovnik on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday during January, February and March. From April onwards they fly daily. THOMSONFLY fly direct from Manchester, Luton, Gatwick to Dubrovnik from May to October. Currently the cheapest option so far for this year, return flights available for well under £100 FLYBE fly from Birmingham to Dubrovnik from May to October. The apartment is in a good position and from the balcony you have a beautiful view over the Adriatic. For questions, Sascha was for us as a contact person and a great help small problems were immediately removed.

Everything is describe is true. the appartment is clean, good for a familly with children. If we want to go there next year we will rent the same appartment.

the apartment is in a good location 10 mins walk to old town and beach. it was very clean and comfortable. maria th host was amazing, giving us lifts to the old town and the port. overll a great experience.

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Sehr ruhige, wunderschöne Lage hoch über der Küste. Besonders überzeugend ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge von Becici. Das Apartment gehört zu einer neuen, gepflegten Anlage, mit einem schönen Pool (Hinweis: auf dem Pool-Foto auf dieser Seite kann man im Hintergrund den Eingang zu dieser Wohnung im 1. OG sehen.)
Das Apartment ist sauber, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Schlafräume sind etwas eng, dafür ist der Wohn- und Essbereich sehr geräumig. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls groß, allerdings fehlte eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit, um auch das Wohnzimmer etwas kühler zu halten (so könnte man häufiger mal auf die Klimaanlage verzichten).

Die Vermieter sowie die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort sind gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, z.B. bei Transferorganisation vom Flugplatz und Vermittlung eines Mietwagens.

Einziges Manko: Der Weg zum Strand sowie zum Ort ist zwar nicht weit aber sehr steil, d.h. mit dem Kinderwagen bzw. vollen Einkaufstüten recht anstrengend. Ein Auto leistet da gute Dienste. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen "mini" MiniMarkt, um sich mit dem Nötigsten zu versorgen.

Mit dem Auto lohnen u.a. Ausflüge nach Budva sowie nach Kotor oder auch in die Berge, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor.

Ein schönes Feriendomizil - absolut empfehlenswert!
