Property overlooks the beautiful bay of Kotor from a large 60m2 raised terrace, which leads via a few steps over quiet beach road to the boat mooring, & waterfront, there is a tiny stone beach which you can walk into the crystal clear warm adriatic water for a swim, the terrace is ideal for entertaining or sunbathing , there is a large awning which means you can sit outside out of the direct sunlight if you wish, the apartment is well appointed with full facilities necessary for a great relaxing holiday.

The location of this property is idyllic, the region is steeped in history, the mountains are a superb backdrop to the beautiful bay of Kotor a natural Fjiord that opens out into the adratic, the apt is well placed to the region, restaurants and shops are close by or a ten minute trip to Herceg Novi will give a wider choice still, Dubrovnic over the boarder in Croatia is a 30 minute drive. The views from the terrace include the crystal clear bay and in the distance the coastal town of Tivat, behind tower impressive mountain ranges which overlook the ancient historic heritage listed city of Kotor ,with its restaurants and maze of streets to explore this area can be reached by the local ferry nearby, or a stunning scenic drive round the coast

General Imformation : Montenegro is a country steeped in history, the Orjac mountains dominate the scenery behind the coastal city of Herceg Novi with its marinas sailing club &water sports, seafood and Italian style restaurants are plentiful, & there is a daily fresh produce market selling fruit & veg of all kinds, the sun shines more than 265 days a year, & the winters very mild, the coast sheltered from winter by the mountain ranges, so during the low season you can enjoy the waterfront in mild conditions, or 2/3 hours away during the winter months be on the ski slopes, the mountains are ideal for exploring or mountaineering, the country is ok for cycling or exploring by car. The apartment at Bijela is an ideal place to boat or sail from, straight from the mooring at front either down the coast to Herceg Novi, or across the bay to Tivat, the waters are calm & the tidal movement very small & very safe for swimming, at the front of the apartment
