Only a stones throw from the waters edge. Studio has double & single couches which covert into beds. Fully self contained kitchen and separate bathroom. TV & DVD player. Surrounded by spectacular scenery, wonderful for a quiet stroll or more energetic hike. 10 mins walk to local town, bakery, shops, cafe, Post Office, restaurants and nightlife or a longer walk or 10 minute drive to Kotor for shopping, history, architecture, markets, cafes, bars & clubs. Surrounded by stunning scenery, perfect to relax & take it all in, a peaceful stroll or a more energetic hike to forts and churches on hilltops. The bay is wonderful for swimming & fishing. You have the choice of exploring or chilling this stunning area, it is perfect for both. Both apartments can be rented together, perfect for 2 couples, group of friends etc.

Iron & Iron Board. Please note that Kotor cuts off water supply sometimes during the day. Stock up on water in the morning and at night.

Pracnj is located 10 minutes drive from the Old Town of Kotor & 2 hrs drive from Dubrovnik Airport. 10 minutes walk is the village which has a Post Office, small supermarket, bakery, bar/cafe/restaurant. 10 minutes in the other direction are restaurants, bars on the waters edge & food stalls. Other stunning sights to see including St Stefan, Budva, Cetjne & the Skadar Lakes are within 1-2 hrs drive. 15 minutes drive is a ferry which will take you to the other side of the bay saving 40 minutes drive to get to Herceg Novi or to continue onto Dubrovnik, Croatia. Dubrvonik is a stunning city and makes for a great day trip.
