Beautiful Stone Apartment only 10 metres from the Bay
Located in Perast this newly renovated contemporary ground floor apartment which forms part of an old stone built Venetian Palace sits only 10 metres from sea. Perast is the most attractive town in Montenegro with its stone palaces and villas with amazing views around Kotor Bay both of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites. The apartment has two floors and comprises a double bedroom with a 5' bed, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds both with air-con and a shower room & WC. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and dining area leading through to a spacious lounge. The lounge includes air-con, a double sofa bed, a built in wardrobe with a wet room, WC and sink leading off. There is also a Sony stereo/CD player. The accommodation is only 3 minutes walk from the local shop, restaurants and cafe some of which open all year round. Located within an hour from Dubrovnik airport and a 15 minute drive from the historic town of Kotor this is an ideal base for your holiday. Oriented South!

Perast is essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence. It is located on the Kotor Bay, oriented South, and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views around the bay. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum. Montenegro is relatively undiscovered by western tourism but this is sure to change with the recent publicity. Perast, tranquil and picturesque suits the more discerning traveller who is looking for something special and provides a great base to discover the countries jewels. For an unforgettable meal visit the nearby highly acclaimed Stari Mlini Restaurant which is located in a wonderful setting. The attractive Adriatic coastline and beaches of Montenegro start 1/2h away, featuring the historic walled town of Budva, the much photographed Sveti Stefan which attracted film stars such as Sophie Loren and Elizabeth Taylor and the gems that are Petrovac and Ulcinj.

| Notes: | Wheelchair users, there is an outside step up into the apartment, a step into the kitchen/diner and a step up into the downstairs wet room. A double sofa bed is located in the lounge so no need to go upstairs. There is a Sony stereo/CD player so don't forget to bring your own Cd's if want to listen to music. There is also a free standing clothes airer, an iron and an ironing board in the apartment. There is usually parking in front of the property. There is also room to sit outside the front of the apartment and admire the views while enjoying a glass of wine. Airports/Airlines
Although the most used Airport for the area is Dubrovnik, there is talk that a major UK low cost operator is in negotiations to fly into the local airport of Tivat which is the other side of the bay about 16 miles by road. Airlines that currently fly into Dubrovnik include B.A. Thompsonfly and Croatian Airlines.
Water
Montenegro is an emerging tourist destination and as such are gradually improving their infrastructure. With this in mind in the height of the summer very occasionally the supply of water is limited, It is therefore advisable to stock up on bottled water just in case. For larger parties of up to 12 people, we work closely with the owners of the neighbouring property, which can also sleep 6 persons, further details available upon request.
