Apartment Tre Sorelle is located in the small village of Prcanj. Enjoy your stay in this newly developed and furnished spacious ground floor apartment looking out across the bay with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. You have the use of a shared swimming pool with sun terrace - open May to October, and car parking is also available adjacent to the apartment. It is only a 2-minute walk to the water's edge - great for fishing, sunbathing or swimming. Prcanj has some good waterfront bars and restaurants, a bakery, post office and small supermarket all within walking distance of the apartment. A meet and greet service is available with an English speaking company, this will be arranged for your arrival to Montenegro. They will also help with any questions you may have during your stay and liaise with the maintenance man, who lives on site, if you experience any problems with the apartment. There is a gated entrance to the apartment, making it safe for children.

Kotor, a lovely UNESCO protected heritage town, is only 10 minutes' drive away from Prcanj and can also be reached by the local bus which is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, or use one of the local taxis which are very cheap. Wander around the cobbled streets to find churches, bars, shops, internet cafe, post office and banks. Sample all of the restaurants - the food is mouthwatering and extremely good value with an emphasis on fish and Italian - then wash it down with the local red wine, Vranac. Take time to explore Montenegro, head along the coastal road from Prcanj to Tivat - the garden city, stop off at Jaz beach on the way to Budva, or drive around the Lustica Pennisula Also explore Lovcen National Park or Durmitor National park in the mountains, it offers endless opportunities for nature lovers, hikers and mountaineers. Montenegro is a beautiful country and whether you like the beach or mountains you will be sure to find something for everyone

  • Payment is accepted in sterling or euro either by cheque or bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, this is non-refundable if you then decide to cancel. The balance must be made 4 weeks before departure. Changeover day is negotiable. Please pay my management company €150 on arrival to cover any damages (this can be paid in pounds if you prefer).

Notes: The spacious entrance hall has a triple wardrobe containing iron, ironing board and clothes horse. There is also extra storage space in the double bedroom and living area. The bathroom is completely fitted with power shower, glass cabinet, power points and washing machine. The kitchen contains all cooking utensils, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and glasses. The living area contains a dining table and 4 chairs plus a double sofa bed and a chair bed. All bedding and towels are provided. There is no extra charge for the use of water or electic. Patio doors open onto a lovely private terrace which contains a table and 4 chairs, giving a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor and mountains. The apartment is fitted with an air conditioning/heating unit, and 2 extra heaters and extra bedding are also provided for the winter months.

Apartment Tre Sorelle: Tre Sorelle - three sisters. A legend is attached to the 3 sisters, a gothic mansion in Prcanj. The 3 sisters in question were all in love with the same man, a sea captain. Having found out about each other's feelings they decided to remain true to their love, each leading her own solitary life. The years went by and death approached. As each of the sisters died another would wall up her window, until the death of the last one, when there was no-one left to wall up hers.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in June 2009. The location is really good and it's easy to get to various places by public transport from Kotor. We rented a car for 2 days to go to Skadar Lake and to explore some beaches around the Lustica Peninsula. Prcanj is a lovely place with nice restaurants, an excellent bakery! and a good shop. One can go for a swim in the Bay in Prcanj but there are no beaches apart from a small pebbled beach. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of practical advice and information. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed our stay and the Montenegrins are very very friendly!

We wanted to tell you we have really appreciate our week in your apartment in Prcanj, it's a nice place and we met interesting people living in England but native of Montenegro who give us good address to visit. Just got back from a wonderful week in Prcanj. Plans for a trip to Budvar etc. went right out the window when we saw just how wonderful the Bay of Kotor is!
