• The above prices are for the property per week, however rentals for less than 7 days are available other than July and August.
  
• 20% non refundable deposit required on booking. Final payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. You will be met by the Managing Agent who will show you around the apartment and will also request £100 or equivalent breakage/damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.

Aman Resorts Island Hotel of Sveti Stefan is 35km. Budva and it's Old Town is 30km. Skarda Lake is 70km. Dubrovnik Old Town (Croatia) is 85 km, Cetinje the Old Royal Capital is 50km. Skiing is available 2.5 hours inland in Kolasin and Zabljak (Durmitor).

Tivat airport (Montenegro) is 15km away, approximately 15 minute drive and has direct flights from London Gatwick with Montenegro Airlines on Sundays and Wednesdays Dubrovnik airport (Croatia) is 80km away, approximately 1 hour 30min drive and is served by thomsonfly, a low cost airline from Luton plus flights from Gatwick. Notes on Accommodation

Central heating radiators are provided as well as air-conditioning units, so the apartment is comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter. Apartment and town are safe for children as there is no car access within the town and the apartment is all on one level. The terrace has outside louvre doors which can be shut if child access is a concern. There is a cot and a high chair provided for young children.
