2 Storey Cottage with sea views and spacious terrace

Lovely, two storey cottage on the Boka Kotorsta Fjord of the Adriatic, in the charming and tiny village of Muo, about 2 km from Kotor. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus two sofa beds. Views of the turquoise-blue fjord from upstairs. Spacious terrace and grounds for outdoor living, BBQ, Petanque and entertaining- a real bonus as this is seldom found in holiday properties in the area, and makes it a perfect spot for families. Downstairs contains kitchen (newly renovated) and dining area, with a spacious lounge (including fireplace), and second WC. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with balcony, and the main bathroom.

Kotor is a beautiful & historic medieval town located on the Boka Kotorsta Fjord. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and has a history dating back to the Greek and Roman Empires. Kotor is unique in Montenegro with its walled, medieval charm, and is graced with Venetian-style architecture, beautiful meandering walkways, numerous elegant piazzas, and a harbourside/waterfront area. Kotor is also a member of the exclusive 'Most Beautiful Bays of the World' club, which reflects the incredible beauty of the Fjord. There are boutiques, shops, bars, restaurants and all the usual amenities. Kotor is just 30km south of the Croatian border, and 50km south of Dubrovnik airport. Additionally, Tivat airport is 15km away (with flghts from the UK). Muo is a tiny village located 2 km from Kotor, a short drive or walk. The Fjord is 30m from the cottage (great for swimming), and there are many beaches within a short drive.

Outdoor living

The best feature of the cottage is the terrace and garden. Most properties in the area are apartments and only have a balcony. Ours has plenty of outdoor space, and is perfect for BBQ, outdoor dining, sunbathing, Petanque - and especially good for families with children.

Car hire is strongly recommended. There is no on-site parking but it is available on the street. We recommend a compact car.
