• A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking and full payment will be sought 6 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £350 (525 Euros) will be required upon arrival. This will be refunded upon departure subject to retention in the case of damage to the property. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque in pounds or in euros. Cleaning and change of linen once a week is included in the rates. Additional cleaning can be arranged but will attract a small surcharge. Please contact us for more information.
