The two stone villas date back to the Austrohungarian empire and were formerly Morinj village's school. The villas are set within tranquil and romantic mountain settings only 10min drive to a picturesque sandy beach. The view from the villas of the magnificent bay of Kotor is breathtaking. Tle large vila 'Stara Skola' (Old school) comprises five double bedrooms two of them with en-suite shower rooms. There is an additional bathroom and a cloakroom. The master bedroom set under the eves has a commanding view of the bay through its 5m fully openable windows and a raised jacuzzi within the bedroom area. The small villa has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both villas have their own private stone terraces with barbeque facilities and share a 10mx5m swimming pool with children's pool and jacuzzi area. The villas are set within extensive grounds amongst mature walnut trees within the dramatic mountainous setting of the bay of Kotor, an area of breathtaking and unspoilt natural beauty.

The small villa comprises two floors with the ground floor being an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with antique pine furniture and comfortable sofas. Double doors lead onto a stone terrace with sitting area and barbeque facilities. The first floor comprises tow bedrooms, one double and one with twin single beds and a bathroom. The property shares the use of a 5mx10m swimming pool with the large house. There is also a children's pool with jacuzzi facilities. There is an outdoor shower by the pool and ample deck chairs. There are all mod cons available, eg fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher washing machine hob oven and microwave. There is also a DVD player, a TV and a CD stereo system.

In the heart of this breathtaking scenery our luxurious stone villas are set in serene ample grounds within the unspoiled village of Morinj 10min drive from one of the very few sandy beaches in the bay of Kotor. The location is ideal for exploring the Montenegran and Croatian coast and inland. The unique sea side village of Perast is 20min drive. The medieval town of Kotor with its old castle is 30min drive. The lively and picturesque port of Herceg Novi is 30min drive. Dubrovnik with its famous churches and palaces is an hour's drive. Budva and Sveti-Stefan (the playground of the rich) is an hour's drive. The unspoilt beauty of lake Skodar with its ample wildlife is 1 1/2 hours away. All sea sports including skiing and paragliding are within easy reach, and for the more adventurous there are excursions to the Moracha canyon for wild water rafting.

  • A 25% non refundable deposit will be required upon booking. Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of 225 Euros will be required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded upon departure subject to retention in the case of damage to the property. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque in pounds or in euros. Cleaning and change of linen once a week is included in the rates. Additional cleaning can be arranged but will attract a small surcharge. Please contact us for further info.
