A delightful ocean facing old stone villa with a small private pool, in a breathtaking position. Located in the stylish little village of Rezevici, in the shadow of the famous monastery (where the monks press and sell their own olive oils and the bells toll at 6pm!), you are just 5 min from the stunning town of Sveti Stefan with it's iconic island hotel, and even nearer to Petrovac. The glass fronted lounge opens on to the pool deck with the most amazing westerly ocean views one could wish for. The Adriatic Sea is minutes away by foot. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the master enjoys the same wonderful views as does its giant ocean-facing corner jacuzzi. The villa features a high spec kitchen, designer sanitary ware and furnishings, not to mention high quality beds and linens for a perfect, lazy holiday! Perfect location for a family holiday. Villa Tragnovi na Plazi (Footprints on the Beach Villa), is just a few minutes by foot to the stone beach below the village. Rezevici is an upmarket village of private villas with a small shop in a delightfully quiet, pretty area, set amongst pine and palm trees. Drive south for 2km to the small town of Pertovac with it's sea front cafes and restaurants and well stocked small supermarket (ATM). North & arrive in Sveti Stefan (5km), a stunning village with wide beach as well as plenty of places to eat, drink and relax. The coast road backs onto the mountains, which offer great viewing areas, mountain bike tracks and perfect walking areas. It's the coast though that is magical, with coves, beaches and villages to visit and explore. The Adriatic Ocean, below the villa, is regarded as one of the world's clearest and freshest oceans, and is a delight for swimmers, being preferred over the shipping harbour known as the Boka, further north in Montenegro. Notes to the rental rates

To enquire about a selected period, please first review the calendar of availability. This is kept up to date daily, so if a period is shown as booked, it will have been secured already. If a period is free, I will confirm by e-mail and if you wish to secure, a booking form will be e-mailed. Upon receipt of the returned, completed form, along with a 50% deposit of the rental due, your booking will be fully confirmed. If your form and deposit are not received within 5 days, the dates will be returned to available. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. The owners request a £300 security deposit, playable with your final payment please. After your holiday, this will be returned, subject to deductions for damages or loss.

In low and mid season (1st October to 1st May annually, excluding 2 Easter weeks) for smaller groups of either 2 (using one bedroom) or 4 (using 2 bedrooms) the villa is available at reduced rates relative to the occupancy. Please e-mail us to enquire about low and mid season-reduced occupancy rates. We're sorry, but there are no reductions for high season.

Airports
In high season, the nearest airport to the villa is Tivat, only 30km away, or the capital Podgorica (45km). JAT airlines travel here direct. Also in high season, BA travel to Dubrovnik from Gatwick and Manchester, with excellent car hire facilities. In low season, we recommend BA from Gatwick. They travel 3 times a week.The best value flights I have found for high season is with w, into Dubrovnik (DBV) and the best value car hire (from DBV airport).
Beaches... The best and nearest SANDY beach is 5 mins away at Petrovac - the bay is a sweeping arc and is backed with lovely bars and restaurants. This is the idea beach if you like sand and plenty of space (see picture gallery). The most striking beach which is also pure sand is at Sveti Stefan, around 10 mins away. Sitting on this beach, the incredible site of the iconic island is ahead of you. Two beaches sweep east and west away from the island, so lots of space. There is a rocky and pebble beach at the foot of the village in which the villa is located. There is a hotel under restoration at the southern end of this beach, and until completed, guests may prefer to use Petrovac beach around the corner. The sand is also far more enjoyable, especially with little ones.
