Agadir has a wonderful beach, plenty restaurants, a relaxed atmosphere, and the people are friendly and hospitable. It also provides year round sunshine on the Atlantic coast . It is a perfect location from which to visit other sights such as the stunning Paradise Valley, the Atlas foothills with its Berber villages or even an oasis in the desert. The person who looks after the flat (and welcomes you in the flat) is Berber Moroccan from the Agadir region. If needed, he would be happy to give tips and advice on what to do, see, etc.
