Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are all taxes included, indicated in Euro, for 2 persons and per bedroom. Breakfast, arrival and departure transfers are included. Rooms can be booked per night, per week-end, per week, per fortnight or for longer. According to the booking period the price varies from 70 to 90 Euro all taxes included per night, from 190 to 255 Euro per week-end of three nights or from 420 to 570 Euro all taxes included per week for TWO PERSONS. Riad can also be rented EXCLUSIVELY BY EIGHT PERSONS, per night (250 to 330 Euro all taxes included), per week-end (738 to 990 Euro), or per week (from 1 680 to 2 280 Euro all taxes included). (Extra SINGLE bed for ONE person is available in two bedrooms for 30 Euro all taxes included per night.
  
• Free for children under 10 years if sharing parents’ room.
  
• Staff includes Moroccan director, cook, chambermaid, night security guard. Bed linen, blankets, linen and towels etc are included.
  Half board or full board are available 'à la carte' on demand from a typical Moroccan menu. Each meal per person costs 14 Euro all taxes included.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Dar Kaotar Riad guest house has been completely renovated in Morrocan style. Located in Marrakesh Medina, 100 m from Bab Aylen gate and 15 minutes walking from JEMAA EL FNAA Plaza. It’s also near to 3 golf courses (15 minutes by small taxi). It’s warm, charming and just right for discovering all of Marrakesh. Surrounding the PATIO with traditional central fountain, you’ll find in the Riad: FOUR BEDROOMS (THREE double bedrooms with ONE double bed, and ONE triple bedroom with ONE double bed and ONE single bed). The rooms are air-conditioned (hot and cold) with private bathroom, separate WC and dressing room. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor on the gallery. They all have access to the patio. On the first floor, the living room is air-conditioned with satellite TV and fireplace. There is a terrace on three levels overlooking the Medina with a view of Koutoubia and the snow-covered Atlas mountains.

Skiing Information:

Alpine skiing avaialble at OUKAIMEDEN (on OURIKA road) 70 km away from MARRAKESH. Accessible by car (hired or with chauffeur). Hire of equipment and restaurants on site. Instructors.

Golf Information:

You wil find 3 famous 18 hole golf courses : ROYAL-AMELKIS and PALMERAIE. Reservation is necessary. These 3 courses are very near to RIAD DAR KAOTAR (5 -10 mins by small taxi). Please consult golf course websites for prices and reservations. Each course offers restaurants and hire facilities. Monitors and caddies.
