Riad Opera -Dar Katib is a typically Moroccan style house with trees on the patio, a fountain and terraces. It is located a few minutes walking distance from scenic “Djama el F’na”. Situated just behind the Souk, this property is located in proximity of a major attraction in Marrakech. Moreover, located just 100 meters away are the Museum and the ancient Koran school “Merdersa Ben Youssef”. In the house, on the ground floor, one finds 2 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen surrounding the patio. On the first floor one finds the master suite and another bedroom. The second floor consists of 2 terraces, which overlook the city’s rooftops. Each of the bedrooms has its' own full bathroom. The décor is simple and in good taste consisting only of local artisans work.

  • The whole villa is available for rent in its entirety from 256 euros per night in low season and 336 in high season. The rooms may be rented separately at the last minute. On the main floor, the rooms, named Nour cost 49 euros per night in low season , 59 in medium and 69 in high, Jihanne cost 59 euros per night in low season , 69 in medium and 79 in high. On the second floor, the suite, Najma is 79 euros per night in low season , 89 in medium and 99 in high season, Kamar costs cost 69 euros per night in low season , 79 in medium and 89 in high. All accommodations come with a large breakfast, served at your convenience. At your request, lunch or dinner may be served, Moroccan style, at the villa for 15 euros per person

Notes: Just behind the souk , the house is very quiet and the staff is ready to have your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is served at your convenience either on the terrace, in the patio, or in the living room. Rooms are cleaned every day. For the dinner Radija, the cook, can serve you couscous, tajine of lamb, fish, chicken... A doorman is present all night if you wish to come late after, for example, a walk on place Djama el F'na. Attention, Small children are not allowed unless you rent the all house. (See rates).
