Superb Luxurious Family Villa. Village setting Just off Main Coast Road, 25 mins North of Tangier.10 min walk to beach. Quiet, Peaceful setting will suit couples and families.

Sleeps upto 8( Upstairs 3 bedrooms -x2 King size beds, X1 -2 single beds.) Upstairs lounge area can sleep further 2. Bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower cubicle.

Down stairs- large open plan living space. Moroccan sofas can sit upto 20. Large Dining table with 8 chairs. Downstairs Bathroom with bath, toilet, basin, separate shower cubicle. Kitchen - Integrated 5 ring hob and electric oven. Microwave, Iron, Toaster pans, crockery etc. Garage- washing machine, utility area.

Outside - Large tiled patio area with feature fountain and seating, patio table and chairs. Lawned area with fruit trees. Drive way to side with enclosed shower area and tap. Air conditioning in bedrooms and downstairs living area. Views-Sea, Rural. Plus panoramic view 2nd floor terrace.

  • VILLA AVAILBALE FROM 1600hrs ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (POSSIBLY EARLIER IF NO GUESTS LEAVING THAT DAY)
    VILLA HAS TO BE VACATED BY 1100hrs ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
    A Maid is employed to come in a minimum of x1 per week to clean/maintain the villa.

    50% of the rental cost has to be paid upfront as the DEPOSIT when booking.
    25% IS DUE 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL
    THE REST IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL

    During the months of May, June, July , August, September the minimum rental period is 1 week/7nights.
    Damage/breakages - will have to be covered by guests.

    WE CAN ARRANGE PICK UP/DROP OFF FROM AIRPORT/PORT/STATION TO THE VILLA FREE OF CHARGE ON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE FOR GUESTS STAYING LONGER THAN 1 WEEK

    WE HAVE A FAMILY FRIENDLY POLICY AND IT IS IN OUR AGRREMENT WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT THE PROPERTY TO ALL MALE GROUPS
