Charming house located in quiet street in the centre of Stavanger. It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house; you will however need a parking permit. The house is fully modernised with wooden floors throughout the whole house. The house has a high standard in every room; and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style. The house consists of 3 floors + basement and garden. On the ground floor you will find the living- and diningroom, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small patio garden with wooden decking. In the hallway there is a wc; as well as stairs accessing the second floor. On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as 1 double, 1 twin and one single bedroom (off double room). There are stairs up to loft sleeping alcove from double bedroom, where an additional two sleeping mattresses are available. The house is ideal for family and business travellers.
