Within very short distance from the beautiful Oslo Fjord with beaches and boats, located at the country side east of Oslo. Only 25 km. to Oslo City Centre and near the local towns of Ski and Aas. The house is located in a small private settlement with excellent facilities also suitable for children. Built in 1998 and beautifully designed by interior architecture gives the house a delightful interior with atmosphere. The house is equipped with all the modern facilities like; TV-Lounge with 42' Plasma TV and DVD/VCR, Cable-TV, Wireless Broadband Internet and fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The villa has a beautiful 1100 m2 garden with a big lawn, a nice private veranda with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue facilities. This spacious house includes a large living- and dining room, 2 double and one twin bedroom, a TV-lounge, Attic,open kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with bathtub/jacuzzi and sauna.
