This beautiful, stylish and tastefully decorated duplex apartment is very close to the centre of Carvoeiro and is available for rental throughout the year. 'Outra Vez' is not an archetypal rental property, but is one stamped with quality furnishings and design for the discerning family looking for a high level of comfort. Entrance to the property is via a large sun terrace, with patio doors and main door entrance leading to the lounge/dining area. The apartment is spaciously set out on two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge area. The lower floor consists of the open-plan lounge and dining area. Off this is a double bedroom, the kitchen, the utility room and shower room. The upper floor consists of a study area, a double, twin, and single bedroom and a bath/shower room. The twin and double bedrooms on this level share a large and very private sun terrace accessed by patio doors. For a comfortable stay, fun and central location, this apartment is unbeatable.

For those tiring of the day's sun, the nearest bar and an excellent Portuguese take away is a one minute walk. Estrada do Farol ('Restaurant Hill') is 5 minutes walk and you will be spoilt for choice as to which bar or restaurant to visit. English, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Spanish and of course Portuguese cuisines are all on offer.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 6 persons. 7th person (only outside July and Aug where max is 6 persons) can be accommodated at 8% additional of base price (baby counted as 1 person). Air conditioning is available at an additional cost of £30 per week on request. A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking. Balance required 2 calendar months prior to holiday start. A £100 breakages and damages deposit is required when balance is due. This is returned to guests within 1 week of exit subject to nil damage/breakages.
  • Linen is changed weekly. Towels changed mid week (after 3 or 4 days). Cleaning once per week included in price.

Golf Courses: There are three 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive from the apartment, namely Gramacho, Pinta and Alto. David Leadbetter's Golf Academy is also situated at Gramacho. A 9-hole course, at Vale de Milho is around 8 minutes drive away.

Beaches: Carvoeiro Beach is a mere 5-6 minutes stroll away. The beautiful Centeanes Beach 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive. There are a multitude of other fabulous beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Attractions/Flights: ZOOMARINE (swim with dolphins), two aqua 'Slide and Splash' parks and a Zoo are all within 20 mins drive. Numerous themes of boat trips are available from Portimao, 15 minutes drive away. Inexpensive sightseeing flights around the Algarve are available in a light plane with up to 3 passengers, (British piloted). Please ask for details.

All of my family enjoyed our stay at Outra Vez the apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Peter and his team are very helpful and nothing is a bother to them. The apartment is in a very good location close to the town with a good choice of restaurants and bars. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Returned to Outra Vez for our 5th consecutive year. This is a fabulous property in a perfect location. The property met all our requirements, and more than matched the description given. A genuine home from home. The property is in excellent condition, extremely well maintained, clean with absolutely everything you could need and more. Peter and his team are fantastic, cannot do enough for you and absolutely nothing is a problem. Their wealth of local knowledge is priceless to anyone visiting Cavoeiro. Would not hesitate to recommend this particular property. Within easy walking distance of the town centre where there is a great selection of restaurants. Kids once again thoroughly enjoyed Zoomarine and Slide and Splash which both represent great value for money. If you are lookiing for somewhere to relax and enjoy the sunshine you will be hard pushed to find anything better that Outra Vez.
