This is a apartment in a quite, but already central place of Carvoeiro with a central heating unit. You will love it during the winter time !!! This apartment ist modern, comfortably and luxury furnished and because of the apartments location, it has definitely the most impressing and direct sea-view. The apartment belongs to an area of ten apartments with communal pool situated in quiet residential location on the headland near the village church and within 200m of the beach and centre of Carvoeiro. The property recently built in 2000, consists of a high quality 2 bed 1 bath Apartment. The Apartment is equipped with all amenities including a modern kitchen, lounge-dining room, main bathroom, International TV via satellite (ASTRA) and a central heating unit.

  • In order to secure a reservation we ask that you pay a none refundable deposit of 25% and the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of EUR 150 is also payable to cover any breakages, this will not be used against small breakages and will be returned within 2 weeks of your leaving.
    Car hire can be arranged on request.
    It's possible to rent a safe during your stay.
  • From November to March the electricity and central gas heating are extra.
    The cost of the gas and electricity is to be paid by the tenant. Special WINTER rates for long stays Please contact us for further details.
  • Golf Information: There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course in Carvoeiro 'Vale de Milho', and 2 championship courses 10 minutes drive 'Gramacho' and 'Pinta'. Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura and Penina are within 30 minutes drive of the apartment.

Carvoeiro: Carvoeiro Is a delightful former fishing village, ideally situated for exploring the Algarve . The town accommodates most holiday needs with its tourist centre, bars, banks, pharmacy, moped, car and bicycle rental outlets and a variety of restaurants. The central square leads directly on to the beach backed by sandstone cliffs so typical of the Algarve. The coast road leads east and west from the square to a number of secluded coves.
