The villa is situated on the edge of one of the prettiest villages in the Algarve Carvoeiro. It is ideally suited to one or two families and available to rent as either a 3 or 5 bedroom villa. There are many cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Villa has a large private garden with lawn area and heated pool. There is a shaded terrace overlooking the pool and garden and a roof terrace for views and sun as well as several external shaded and seating areas with BBQ. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large private terrace with sea views on the first floor. Two bedrooms, cloak room, shower room, sitting/dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Doors from the sitting room open off to large terrace with outside furniture. Two bedrooms, sitting room, smaller kitchen on the lower ground floor. Sliding doors open off to the garden and pool area. The property has partial air conditioning. Free WI-FI. Free channels Sky TV. Maid service twice weekly. Parking

The villa is situated on the edge of Carvoeiro in a residential area. It takes about 20 min walk or 3 min drive to Carvoeiro with its bars, restaurants and shops. A few beaches are short drive away. The nearest beach is 1200 meters away. There are a few restaurants, bars, supermarket within walking distance from the villa. . Vale do Milho Golf (9 hole)-1,5 km, Pinta and Gramacho Golf (2x18 hole)-5,3km away. Tennis-1,9km. Also water parks 10 min, Zoomarine 15min drive. The new Autodromo (Algarve Motor Park) is approx 25 min. Lisbon and Seville approx 2,5 hours. Above times by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • July and August the villa is only available as a 5 bedroom property. At other times it is available either as 3 or 5 bedroom property. Please email us for the prices of 3 bedroom villa and more photografs.
    Pool heating and air conditioning are extra on request: £10 a day for the heating of the pool, £45 if the pool has to be pre-heated before arrival. air conditioning £80 a week.
    Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you.
    Rates for 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 people:
    April - £495 a week
    May & October - £695 a week
    June & September - £795.00 a week
    June 26th to July 17th £1,095 a week
  • As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

Notes: The Villa is available as a 3 or 5 bedroom villa. The 3 bedroom sleeps 6 . There are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sitting room with TV and smaller kitchen on the lower ground floor. Sliding doors are opening from the sitting room on to the pool area and the garden. Kitchen is fitted with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and kettle. July and August the villa is only available as a 5 bedroom property. At other times it is available either as 3 or 5 bedroom property. Free WI-FI, free Sky channels in all TVs, plenty of books, quite a few games, CD player, DVD player and radio. Phone (incoming and local calls) – no charge. All linen and towels supplied (except beach towels).Twice a week maid service is included.
